Real relaxing is not only getting out of work .It has to be practised properly.Sure it has numerous benefits: it releases tight ,that causes many health difficulties like :digest irritation ,heart diseases ,pain......
In yoga teaching deep breathing is the basis of relaxation . so take some minutes to do breathing techniques.
Breathing exercises :
chest breathing is a quick exercise to bring oxygen to lungs .Especially in the morning .
put on your homeclothes lay on your back ,put your hands on your chest ,then start breathing deeply, slowly and regularly .
Diaphragm breathing :
This exercise is the normal breathing way to relax . it brings more oxygen to lungs .Try it when you are tired
or feel in tight ?
lay on your back ,your hands on your abdomen inhale and exhale deeply,and slwoly .
Relaxing at work :
It is good for you to relax your muscles during work .simple movements enhance your feeling and performance .
stand up walk ,stretch you arms up and back breath for awhile ;well done you feel more active
