YOGA AND MODERN MEDICINE

No , doubt both Yoga and modern medicine have been designed to help and cool people suffering from sicknesses . though each one of them has chosen a different way to achieve the same target that is -life enhancement -.Along years moderne medicine used science researches with the focus on human body organs . It has then realised amazing successes and gave hope to despaired patients . Although it remains unable to answer questions related to body , psychology and mind health .whereas yoga has taken another path based on self-healing which means ; that healing lays within the inside of everyone .
Generally Yoga looks at man as one unit ; when mind is affected automatically it influences the body and emotions .
To calm mind ,breathing is the essencial key for that . Once mind is pacified , the whole body changes to its best performances . As a matter of fact Yoga improves the body through , breathing , meditation and relaxation . which results to provide body with energy and soul with pleasure and peace .
In brief Yoga stands for a complementary healing principle , so as to benefit more we must not differentiate between Yoga and  modern medicine because they work for the same aim - making our life better -.
Modern medicine cares our organs ,Yoga cares our souls and emotions .
